The Concorde Files
The money and power behind Formula 1

On the ninth of July 2025, the man who had run Red Bull's Formula One team for twenty years was released from his operational duties.

With immediate effect. No reason was given.

This October, the accounts of the team's parent company showed nearly sixty-seven million pounds in compensation for loss of office, paid to its highest-paid director.
The director is not named. Press reports say he is believed to be Christian Horner.

In 2025, the team Horner had run was valued at more than four billion dollars.

He never owned any of it.
In November 2004, Ford had sold that same team for a reported one dollar.

How a file is made
It starts with paper
Company accounts, shareholder registers, filings and named reporting go into a dossier before a word is written.
Every claim gets a source
A separate AI editing round checks each sentence of the script against the dossier and its sources, for facts, tone and attribution.
What cannot be shown stays out
Where sources disagree, both appear. Where the record stops, the file stops too.
The voice is AI, and we say so
AI tools help research the dossier, the script is drafted with AI, and an AI voice reads it. Some scenes are AI-generated illustrations. The charts and documents are built from public records and named reporting.
One person decides
Paul Veth picks each story and its angle, reviews every cut and presses publish. He holds editorial responsibility for every file.
